Visiting Producers Hybrids Country :: Regional Meetings

Regional Kickoff Meetings were last week at Producers Hybrids and I was pleased to see a company filled with employees with positive attitudes, strong work ethics, and a genuine sense of caring for each other.

Everyone at Producers Hybrids works well together and is always willing to go the extra mile to help out a co-worker. All week long I kept noticing the positive attitudes of the employees and the fun work environment that Producers Hybrids creates. It is refreshing to see that in tough agricultural times, farmers and ag employees all across the Midwest are still keeping their head up and believing that better days will come from hard work.

I am proud to work for a company that seems to always hit a home run when it comes to their employees, dealers, and especially their marketing tactics. With everything from field signs, to apparel, to hat mailers, to farm show displays, Producers Hybrids always stands out in a professional way with just the right amount of flash.

Producers Hybrids has always impressed me with their dedication to marketing. Not every company would go the extra mile to have display banners at their meetings, informational meeting agendas specially designed and printed, or to put together an entire packet for employees to take home from the regional meetings. However, these things are all second nature at Producers Hybrids.

Could the meetings go on without specially printed agendas and display banners? Probably, but taking the extra time to have these items created and in use at the meetings creates a unified, branded message that brings employees together.

As a marketing intern, it is a great experience to work for a company where marketing is taken as seriously as it is at Producers Hybrids. From dealers knowing the importance of field signs to upper management knowing the importance of a high-quality marketing team, Producers Hybrids does it right and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to intern with.

I am looking forward to wrapping up my summer with field days and farm shows so stay tuned because I am always #ready4more!
